The founder, Colin Holmes-Smith has over 30 years experience in the butchering industry and has two butchers in his local home town, one of which is in the local market along with his delicatessen he has opended recently.
With 20 years experience in catering, He has a fantastic reputation in the local community for his passion and determination to provide 100% service. He also has his own range of quality home made pies.
Colin and the Crackled Pig team not only have the two butchers establishments and the deli in their home town but they are now are also known for their excellence and experience in delivery a first class service when it comes to outside catering and especially their Hog Roasts & BBQ’s.
The Crackled Pig team are all butchers and are employed directly & take pride in delivering a quality product, thus no sub-contractors are ever used.
Preparation of equipment is done prior to the start of your function, food being prepared to your specific requirements, creating a perfect first impression.
